2.10 Spencer

It was late when Spencer and Mathew arrived so it was a quick hello and they were shown their rooms and went to bed. Heather had enrolled Mathew in the local school in the hope that this would be the last school he attended. William woke up and remembered that Heather was now sharing a room with him. He just lay there for a few moments and watched her sleep. He heard a noise coming from the room and went to investigate and found Mathew climbing down the bunk bed.
"Sleep well?" William asked.

"Um ok I guess." keeping his distance. William knelt down and said, "It's ok, I'm your Uncle William. You look as if you need breakfast let's go into the kitchen and see what we have." Mathew nodded and followed William to the kitchen. As he was finishing eating, Heather walked in, "How are you this morning Hun?"

"Fine thanks." William answered as he laughed as he knew she was asking Mathew and then they both saw Mathew smile, "I'm ok Aunt Heather. Is Dad up yet?"
"I don't think so but you can go and check."
"He will settle in, just give him time." William reassured her.
"I know but I just hope Spencer means what he says this time, not for me but for Mathew."
"Hopefully with both of us keeping an eye out, he will."

Heather went into Spencer's room and said, "We need to talk but first put some clothes on." as she stared at his trousers. She waited for Spencer to come downstairs and when he appeared he was fully dressed much to her relief.

"Ok sis, what do you want to talk about?" as he made himself comfortable.
"Don't sis me. You know I'm not giving you any money." getting to the point.
"Look, I know I have been an ass but I am trying and since Tracy left things are difficult. I can't meet the bills as I can only work part-time because of Mathew. Having a criminal record doesn't help either and I know I don't deserve it but I need your help."

"I'll do it for Mathew but if you lie to me or take the piss in any way we are done. Do you understand Spencer." Not letting this go.
"I won't let you down. Let's talk about you, why aren't you wearing your wedding ring?"
"It is a long story but here is the short version, Will and I are divorced and dating again and now living together." Heather explained. Spencer looked puzzled but decided not ask any more questions.

"I have to start looking for a job, can you look after Mathew?"
"I've got you a job already, working at one of Estevan's clubs."
"Oh but I've never worked behind a bar before but I suppose I can give it a try. When do I start?" he asked.
"On Thursday night."

Spencer went to find Mathew and found him in his room playing astronauts, "Hay, what are you up too?"
"Playing spaceship, want to play?" as he got ready to take off.
"Um no but maybe next time. Are you settled in?" asking Mathew.
"Yep, I love my new room. We are not moving again as we just got here." demanding to know.
"No I just wanted to make sure you were ok."
Spencer found William in the kitchen and decided they needed to talk. "William, what is going on with you and Heather?"

"Oh the divorce, I messed up but I am putting things right and just to let you know I do intend on marrying your sister again." being truthful
"Really when?"
"We are having a party tonight and intended to ask her then. I hope you will give your blessing."
"The truth is William, I like you and I think you are good for my sister but don't mess things up again. I mean it's nice to see you can stand up to your Dad." William looked shocked but Spencer continued, "I guessed it was your Dad's making and by your face I'm right. Heather loves you very much I can tell but she was always wary of your Dad. I may not have been a good brother to her but do me one favour look after her, ok."

Spencer decided to practice making drinks as he did not want to embarrass himself on his first night. The more he tried the worse he felt as he kept spill drinks over the place.

"You will get the hang of this." As Spencer looked up he saw Estevan watching him.
"Hope so, you must be William's Dad."
"Yes, you have a nice son."
"Thanks and it's nice of you to let me work at your club."
"Heather said you needed a job and you had to start somewhere."
"I just hope in time Heather will trust me."
"She will if you stick around." Spencer knew he was right, proving to his sister he wasn't an ass would be hard but he was willing to try.

2.9 One Night Stand

Advisory: Please be aware there is some nudity  and references to adult situations in this chapter

Blair had been working behind the bar to give a hand as it was busy and he noticed a young but pretty girl. She had been staring at him most of the night and in the end he couldn't ignore her any longer. He approached her and without saying anything pulled her in close to him and whispered in her ear, "I've watched you staring at me, fancy coming to my place so we can have some fun?"

Playing the game she said, "What do you have in mind?"
"Come to my place and find out." as he ran his fingers up and down her arm. She looked at him and just knew what he had in mind as she wanted the same thing.

Blair showed the woman to his bedroom and came up behind her and started to kiss her neck. She lifted up her arm behind her and ran her hand through his hair as he continued nibbling on her neck. Then he turned her around so she was facing him and he started to undress her then he pushed her onto the bed.

Blair then pulled himself onto her biting her lower lip making it bleed slightly. This caused him to become more aroused by the sight of her blood causing her to moan in pain as he continued to feed on her from the bleeding lips.

She tried to release his grip from her body but he was too strong, the more she struggled the tighter his hold became as he made his way down her body kissing her soft skin as he went. The once painful moans had now turned to moans of pleasure.

He couldn't hold back anymore he was desperate to release his need but she caught him off guard and as he was about to enter her, he felt a soft touch of her lips on his chest causing him to stop for a moment and saver that feeling as she worked down his chest but as she got closer to his erection, he snapped out of these strange emotional feeling he was having and entered her whether she was ready or not.

He didn't want to experience these feelings of passion because being vulnerable, letting go was not in his nature. He took pleasure in the fact that as he got harder and faster that she jerked slightly and let out a screeching moan of both pain and pleasure. Within a few minutes it was all over, Blair then made his way to bathroom to shower. The woman just lay there in shock at this short lived moment.

She got dressed and followed him to the bathroom, “What the hell was that?”

“Look, I only wanted a one night thing.” as he walked passed her.
“You call that fun. That was awful." as she continued.
"Are you done as I have things to do." Blair snapped but she wasn't going to stop her rant, "It could have been better but I think you are holding back but the question is why? It could have been a good but you wouldn’t let go, shame really,” looking at him sympathetically, “as it could have fun maybe something more.

He looked at her in shock and replied, "You've had your say now get out and leave me alone."
She looked at him and left her number on the side and told him, "If you ever change your mind give me a call."

Spencer and Mathew had finished loading the car and Mathew asked, "Where are we going Dad?"
"I told you to see your Aunt Heather." snapping at him.

"Are you in trouble again Dad?" getting upset at moving again. Spencer looked at him and replied, "Not this time it's just...well the thing is Mathew, looking after you on my own is really hard and I need help. I thought by staying with my sister would give you a better chance so I can earn money. I just hope your Aunt believes me this time!"
"Why, wouldn't she?"

"Because if I was my sister, I know I wouldn't trust me either as I have been horrible to her over the years. Anyway it's time to get going as it will be dark when we get there." They got in the car and started on their long journey.

Blair was sitting at home thinking about the other night, it was supposed to be one night but he couldn't get the words that she spoke to him out of his head. He did like her but was he holding back like she said or was there more to it than that. He had to get over Heather and thought that maybe getting out there and dating again might help. He looked at the piece of paper on the side table and decided to take a chance but first thing he was going to ask her was she married as he was not going to make the same mistake twice.

He pulled out his phone to give her a ring but the phone started to ring, "Hello."
"Hi Blair, Its Jon."
"Jon, What do you want?" not sounding pleased.
"Yeah about that, what were you doing at the fish pond the other night?"
"Nothing to do with you why?" pushing Jon.
"I saw you with Elvira and then you left alone." Jon stated.
"And, is it a crime to hang out with an old friend." as he got more angry.
"No but she hasn't turned up for work for a few days. Do you know anything about that?" getting to the point.

"Jon, I don't know what you implying but I don't know what you are talking about!" Blair stated.
"Well be warned questions are now being asked." then Jon hung up. Blair looked at the wall across from his bed and thought, who cares they will never find her and then rung Maria from the other night.

Note: This is the first time I have attempted anything like this so I hope you still enjoyed this chapter :)

2.8 Decisions

The frustration was getting to William, so he tried working out. The more time he spent with Heather the more he wanted her and knew she felt the same way. He was crazy about her but she was refusing to give a little. They would kiss, hold hands and having to hold back was tearing him up. When she refused to stay the other night William had to spend most of the night awake because his erection and his thoughts of her were driving him all over the place.
He respected that she wanted to take things slow but he never did anything wrong, he would admit his father had a big part to play in this and he should of stood his ground but all he knew was that being married was the only thing he wanted and Heather had to listen to him.

Blake went to the library to collect more books for research on some potions he was working on and while there he saw Sam. "Hi Sam."
"Hay there." as Sam smiled, she continued, "Do you want to go out later?"
"I know this place not far from here, give me an hour and we will meet back here then go to the bar." Blair said
"See you soon." as they parted ways.

When they got inside the bar, it was quiet, which suited them both as all they could think about was being alone. They played a game of foosball but they both kept getting distracted by one another.

"Sam, I want to ask you something." Sam looked on eagerly waiting for him to continue, "I was wondering about us and well um...Do you want to be my girlfriend?" Sam kissed him and replied, "I would like that. By the way you are so cute when you are nervous."

Heather was pacing the floor at home. She couldn't get her mind off William, the plan to date again and to get to know each was great but there was only one floor in the plan, he ignited passion in her like no one else could and she was going out of her mind. Even though they had been on a few dates since the rock-climbing, her feelings of love for Will were getting deeper.

Heather had taken a sneak look through the window of the new house he was working on for them and the time and effort he was putting in was showing. It did reveal that William meant everything he said, loving her and wanting to be with her and this was starting to weaken her defences.

There was also another problem she received a call from her brother, saying he was in trouble again and could he stay with her. Heather couldn't refuse him as he was bringing her nephew who must be about 10 years old. She hadn't seen either of them since she married William. Her brother was a petty criminal always in trouble and who for the most part accepted imprisonment as just one of those things. Since his son had no mother after she left them with no forwarding address, Spencer was making more of an effort.

She went and told Will and he wasn't happy about this at all. "Heather you know what he'll do, Spencer will bleed you dry and then take off again."
"I know Hun, but what can I do he is my brother and let's face it you would do the same for Blake." as she tried to defend him.
"Blake earns his own money. I don't like the thought of you in the house alone with Spencer when he will take advantage."

"Well, what do suggest?"
"There are two options for you and neither will you like. First he can stay here with Dad, Blake and I or you move in with me and they can stay with us." Heather was shocked by this offer.
"If I move in with you what about the sleeping arrangements?" William was silent for moment and then he answered, "We can sleep in separate rooms or in the same room, and it's up to you. I just don't trust your brother."
"I don't know this wasn't what we were supposed to be doing."
"I know but things have changed but I won't allow him to upset you, so this is why you living with me means I can keep an eye on him."
"Does that mean we would move to the new house?"
"No, it's not finished yet."
"You mean live with your Dad as well?"
"We could put him in your house but you two are getting on so well. We could have a word with him together and see what he says. So you can stop worrying."

"Anyone home." Estevan shouted.
"In here, Dad." William shouted.

"Hi. Nice to see you here Heather." as he saw her next to William.
"Heather I can see you are upset. What is going on?" Estevan continued as he could see by the expressions on her face. Heather explained about her brother, Spencer to him and then he said cautiously to Will, "Is everything in hand?"
"I asked Heather to move in so I can keep an eye on him but Heather is not sure."
Looking at the both of them he said, "Cause of me?"

"Estevan, would we be able to stay under the same roof again?" Heather asked.
"I gave my word so I won't infer. Besides there is a self contained flat above the garage I can live there."
"You would do that for us?" Heather asked shocked.

"You and Will need space and Will is right, you both need to make your own mistakes after all you are adults. Anyway I want grandkids so hurry up and sort what issues you have out and just get married again." Estevan told them and now Heather was going bright red and quickly changed the subject back the original conversation.

"Um, Estevan I know it may be cheeky of me to ask but he has a son, named Mathew and he needs a job..."
"He can work at one of the clubs. He can train as a barman. How old is the Mathew? The reason I ask is there is an old nursery here and well maybe we can upgrade it to a boy's room."

The last few days were spent in a daze, Heather wanted to say yes but there was a part of her that was cautious about moving in and so she decided to go out with her new friend Paris and see what she said about the whole thing.

"You look like your confused Hun?" as Paris got to the point.
"Will has asked me to move in with him because he wants to protect me from my brother."
"Why, what's he done?"
"Spencer has just been in trouble with the law from time to time nothing big but always gets caught but never learns his lesson. On these occasions he would visit me, tell me he needs money and like a fool I would give it to him then I wouldn't hear anything until next time."

"The rumour is that William's father is just as bad or worse. Doesn't that worry you?" Paris said.
"He is bad and I know there are some shady deals here and there but he's never been caught. We get on better for William. As we both want Will to be happy so he promised me he would never infer. Still doesn't help with moving in with Will or my brother."
Paris then replied "Question is do you love William, if you do then I say follow your heart. As for your brother Spencer, William will keep him in line for you because from what you have told me he is nothing like his father."
"The more time Will and I spend together, the more I love him but I am afraid of getting hurt. I only divorced him so he could understand the pain his father put me through and to see if he would stand up for us against his father and he has. He has been dating me again and it is wonderful." as she rambled on.

"So in other words you are head over heels in love with him. So don't tell me tell him, Heather."
"Paris thanks, I will tell him." as Heather smiled.

The next evening Heather arranged to meet William at a local park in town. Heather was so nervous as she waited for him to arrive. When he got there, she had butterflies in her stomach. As they walked around William finally asked, "What's up, Heather?"

"I need to be honest with you. Since we have been seeing each other again my feeling towards you have been umm growing." trying to find the right words.
"Don't you mean you are in love with me?" as he looked at her. Heather looked away and then said, "Alright I admit it I love you."
William pulled her in tightly and said, "Love you too. Have you decided what you want to do?"

"I will move back."
"Great but there is one problem I checked the rooms and Mathew has his own room. Blake and Spencer are sharing and Dad is in his own flat above the garage but..."
"We have to share a room?" Heather added.
"Yes but I have thought about it and the room now has two single beds." he added.
"You really want us to sleep apart?" Heather was shocked by what she just said and couldn't take it back.
"No and it will be hard but knowing you are in the same house, same room will be enough for now." he replied.

2.7 Murder

Estevan had been to Paris for the last 24 hours to establish his alibi so if anyone asked especially his sons then they knew he was really away. Now he had returned to the town, he was hiding out in an old abandoned house just 2 miles away from his home. He hated lying to the boys but he had no option as they would never let him carry out his plan to get rid of Elvira. Since getting back in town he had been working on controlling minds. This was to ensure that Blair could pull off the plan and Elvira had no idea what was happening till it was too late. He wanted to see at what distance he could control a mind so that he was not seen by anyone.

He even thought about convincing Heather to live or marry William again but thought better of it. He knew that after Heather got the divorce from Will, it would be too soon and then his son would be very suspicious. He couldn't put either of them through that after he made a promise to stay out of their lives unless asked.

Blair was now back at work checking over the clubs and working on getting a third business up and running but that was only in the pipe line at the moment. He went to both clubs ordering drinks and dancing with others. He had his eye on a few new girls he had seen but unfortunately there was no time for a sexual encounter even though he needed the release. He was waiting for the signal  to carry out his job.

Elvira was busy plotting her next move so she would be able to continue at the club. As she was mulling over different ideas, she went outside to check on her garden. She thought to herself that the money was too good and with more money, she would be able to move to a better property and have people do things for her. There was no way anyone was going to spoil this for her. The plan to get Blair killed had back fired on her as she was sure that Estevan would have killed him after seeing Blair and Heather together but no that son of his must have stopped this how dare he spoil a perfect plan.

She even thought going after the sons as that would keep Estevan in line but she would have to think how she was going to pull that one off. Maybe she could go after Heather that was another option but one way or another she was going to get him to back down.

Blair had a call, "Everything is ready. Meet at midnight." He hung up the phone and knew it was time. He got changed and headed to the local fishing pond.

Elvira was about to leave for the club when she received a call, it was Estevan saying that they need to talk as situation needed to change as the disagreement was not in either of their interests. "Meet me at the fishing pond at just before midnight." he instructed.

"Why there and not at the club? Elvira asked.

"I don't want Blair to know about the meeting with you."

"Fine, I'll meet you there."

Elvira got down there early and looked at the fish in each of the ponds when she looked at her watch it 11:51pm and she thought he'll be here any minute now. Then the next thing she hears a voice saying, "What's over there."

Elvira wasn't able to determine where the voice was coming from but she heard it again, "What over there by the bridge." She was trying to fight it but it was too powerful and it was getting stronger and by now all she could do was follow the instructions.

When she got to the bridge the voice then said, "Stay here." She tried to fight back but was unable to move from the spot where she now stood all she could do was reply, "I'm here." In her mind she knew something was wrong but couldn't free herself from this mind control that was over her. The fear she felt was overwhelming, she wanted to run but was frozen to the spot. All she could do was wait for fate to play it's roll and she knew at that point it was death coming for her. She heard footsteps approach her but wasn't able to turn around to see who it was.

When he got there he found Elvira admiring the night sky. He thoughts quickly travelled back when he first met her and how they got on but then he quickly remembered how things turned sour.

As he approached where she was standing it was like she was in world of her own, she didn't say anything nor did she turn around. He then said "Elvira." she turned to face him.

Blair's reaction was quick, he kicked her causing her to be thrown into the air and as Blair calculated, Elvira went over the bridge.

She landed in the pond but it was deep and Elvira couldn't swim and she gasped for air waving her hands frantically in the air. Blair stood by and watched as her hands got slower and slower until they finally stopped moving and her body came motionless.

What seemed like hours but was only a few minutes, Blair stayed there and kept an eye on her until the body started to sink into the pond by now he knew she was dead then he call Estevan and said, "Job done." and walked away leaving no trace of Elvira.

Sorry for it being a bit shorter but I just wanted to do this part of the story with no other characters.
